Returns Policy

Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply return your purchase with your receipt for an exchange or a refund within 10 days upon receiving your item. All returned items must be new & unused in the original state with all tickets/tags attached and deemed by David’s Fine Linens prior to be accepted for a refund or exchange. Customer is responsible for shipping fees when returning product(s). Shipping fees are non-refundable. Online purchases cannot be returned without a receipt or proof of purchase. Damage to home delivery products must be reported within 24 hours or delivery.

STEPS TO RETURN AN ITEM

Simply choose a courier of your choice.
Package in same box/package if possible.
Make sure receipt/proof of purchase is included in box.

Upon receiving your return and once inspected your credit card will be credited for the full amount.
Make sure you save your tracking # provided by your courier service.
